Insurance is available to Newstart employees after 3 calendar months of employment. You must fill out the appropriate applications and turn them in to Human Resources by the end of your first calendar month's employment.

Example: If you begin employment on July 8, you are eligible to start insurance on November 1 and your enrollment application must be turned in by August 30.

The insurance is paid a month in advance. Any insurance you select over and above that which Newstart, inc pays for will be held out of your check the month before it is due.

Example: If you select insurance coverage for your dependants and your insurance effective date is November 1, premiums will be withheld from your checks starting in October.
